Advanced usage of UBELIX, the HPC clusters of the University of Bern

Reiter

High Performance Computing (HPC)

Large computing clusters for scientific and engineering calculations are almost all based on Linux servers and batch submission software. In this course the usage of such clusters is thought. It enables participants to use systems like central university clusters and world largest computing systems for research. The training is performed on UBELIX, the central Linux HPC cluster at the University of Bern. The usage of UBELIX is free for students and researchers associated with the University of Bern.
