Background: KNIME Analytics Platform (https://knime.com) is an easy to use and comprehensive open source data integration, analysis, and exploration platform designed to handle large amounts of heterogeneous data. KNIME provides various components for machine learning and data mining through its graphical programming concept. Target audience: PhD students, postdocs, and everyone who needs analysis of microscopy images in their research.
