• Students should understand the basics of Trade Defense Instruments (TDI), including the practical differences between the application of the three (Antidumping, Safeguards, Countervailing Measures);
• Students should understand how TDI investigations are conducted;
• Students should understand the basics of dumping and injury margin calculations.
