These two units are designed to present the microscopes on-site. In addition, online learning tools (videos and tutorials) will be available via ILIASDuring the parcours you will be introduced into 3 different microscope types: 1) Widefield light microscopy: Phase contrast, differential interference contrast and fluorescence 2) Fluorescence microscopy with resolution in z (confocal microscopy) 3) Electron microscopy (EM): Scanning EM and transmission EM

On Friday, November 24, 2023, the parcours of microscopes will take place. Please find the following files:

1. group assignments, (file: Parcours__Group_Assignments),
2. the rotation schedule (file: MIC_Lecture2023_Parcour_24Nov2023_final_02) and
3. the slides with which I explained the rotation and the meeting points in the introduction (file: Parcours__Groups_and_Time_from_Introduction).
Important: Check the file "MIC_Lecture2023_Parcour_24Nov2023_final_02" for the names and rooms!!!!

Please gather at the indicated meeting points. You will be picked up by the microscopist.

Do not change the groups, because then the groups could become too large for the very small microscopy rooms.
