Course description
UBELIX is the central Linux HPC cluster at the University of Bern. Usage is to a large extent free for UNIBE students and researchers (see https://ubelix.unibe.ch). The objective of this training is to learn about UBELIX and ideally run own code on it.

Introduction to the SLURM batch system
Disk space management
How to create job-scripts
Job submission exercises (ideally own code)
Querying jobs

Training language is english and the training is held at the University of Bern.
