Initiate discussions

SITUATION

  • Students need to consider the pros and cons of a particular topic
  • Throughout a lecture, input and reflection should alternate in a didactically meaningful way

IMPLEMENTATION

  • A LiveVoting is created
  • During the lecture, students are asked one or more questions on a controversial topic
  • Students can submit their answers via smartphone, tablet, or laptop
  • The results will be graphically displayed live in ILIAS
  • The results can be used as a basis for discussion
