A folder can

  • be nested virtually infinitely
  • be used as an invisible filing system as a «Hidden Folder»

A session can

  • be created in the personal calendar
  • manage separate lists of participants independently

Item Group

A container for grouping materials
 

An item group can

  • integrate as many diverse items as needed 
  • be created in the ILIAS course as well as in various other items

Learning Sequence

A container for specifying a succession of learning objects to be completed
 

A learning sequence can

  • Define preconditions for the completion of a learning object
  • Output detailed statistics on the participants' completion status
