SCENARIO
Offer appointments with registration option
SITUATION
- Lecturers would like to offer appointments (e.g. for office hours, lab, etc.) with limited capacity
- Students should be able to register for the appointments autonomously
IMPLEMENTATION
Session
- For each appointment one session is created
- The appointments can be e.g. lab reservation, field trips, voluntary courses, office hours, etc.
- For each appointment the capacity is defined in the session
- After selecting an appointment students can register

After selecting a date, students can registerCalendar
- The lecturer enters appointments for office hours in his/her own calendar.
- Students click on the desired date in the calendar and receive an overview of the available office hours.
- By clicking on the appointment, the students can book it.
- The booked appointment will be displayed in the students' calendar
