SITUATION

  • Students are asked to watch a video on ILIAS
  • Before they get access to this video, they are supposed to read and accept a confidentiality agreement

IMPLEMENTATION

  • The video is made available in ILIAS
  • In addition, a survey is created
  • The survey contains a mandatory question (the confidentiality agreement) with one response option (the confirmation)
  • Completion of the survey is defined as a prerequisite for the video
  • The video automatically becomes accessible after the survey is completed
